For the Lake Wind Advisory, until 3 PM this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. Strong winds and rough waves on American Falls Reservoir will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Protect tender plants from the cold.
