Humidities both Friday and Saturday will be critical. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 690 Kittitas Valley, 691 Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon, 691 Lower Columbia Basin of Washington, 697 Central Blue Mountains and 704 Northern Deschutes National Forest. * TIMING...From 10 AM to 8 PM PDT Saturday. * WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
