This wind shift was located along a line from 8 NM north of Bulls Bay to 20 NM northwest of Stono Inshore Reef, moving southeast at 25 knots. Locations impacted include... Rattlesnake Shoal, Charleston Nearshore Reef, Charleston Coastal Anglers, Air Force Reef, Capers Island Buoy, Capers Reef, Charleston Harbor Entrance, Crab Bank, Bull Breakers, Castle Pinkney, Wappoo Cut, Bulls Bay, Lowcountry Anglers, Jimmy Leland Tug and Kiawah Reef.
