Flood Warning issued September 16 at 3:11PM CDT until September 16 at 3:15PM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO The Flood Warning will expire at 315 PM CDT this afternoon for portions of north central and northeast Missouri, including the following areas, in north central Missouri, Chariton, Grundy, Linn, Livingston, Macon, Putnam, Randolph and Sullivan. In northeast Missouri, Adair and Schuyler. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
