Extreme turbulence makes the river unsafe for floating. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 3.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 13.5 feet tomorrow morning.
