While additional rainfall in these areas is not guaranteed, additional thunderstorms are expected in this region. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of northern Oklahoma, including the following counties, Grant, Kay and Noble. * WHEN...Through 7 AM Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
