Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 814 AM CDT, Emergency management reported flooding from earlier heavy rain. Between 4 and 9 inches of rain had fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
