Waves 3 to 6 feet expected. * WHERE...Lake IL, Northern Cook and Central Cook Counties. * WHEN...Until 3 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Swimming conditions will be life threatening, especially for inexperienced swimmers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An additional period of dangerous swimming conditions is expected tonight into early next week. Remain out of the water to avoid dangerous swimming conditions and do not venture out onto piers, jetties, breakwalls, or other shoreline structures.
