For the Wind Advisory, Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties. * WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 8 PM PDT this evening. For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM Saturday to 2 AM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Blowing dust may reduce visibilities. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected Saturday evening, especially for wind prone areas along US-395 between Janesville and Doyle. Now is the time to secure loose outdoor items such as patio furniture and trash cans before winds increase which could blow these items away.
