High Wind Warning issued June 2 at 2:25PM MDT until June 5 at 12:00PM MDT by NWS Great Falls MT * WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph expected. * WHERE...The Rocky Mountain Front and adjacent foothills and plains, and Eastern Glacier, Western Toole, and Central Pondera Counties. * WHEN...From 6 PM Monday to noon MDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Tree damage and power outages are expected given the emergence of foliage. Strong crosswinds will cause difficult to hazardous travel for drivers of high profile vehicles or those towing trailers. High winds may move loose debris and damage property. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The most widespread and intense winds are most likely to occur mid- morning through the early evening hours on Tuesday; however, periods of high winds outside of this timeframe are also expected. Drivers of high profile vehicles, including recreational vehicles are urged to use extreme caution.
