In Texas, Lower Jefferson County. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Between 1.3 and 1.6 feet MHHW predicted at Texas Point and Calcasieu Pass.
