Tarkio River at Fairfax affecting Atchison and Holt Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Pattonsburg. * WHEN...Until Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Low-lying farmland begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 25.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.4 feet just after midnight tonight.
