Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Training thunderstorms are expected to develop and persist across portions of northeast Nebraska late this evening and overnight tonight. Additional rainfall accumulations of 1 to 2 inches, with localized amounts up to 4 inches will be possible. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
