Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 108 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oshkosh, Menasha, Chilton, Central Lake Winnebago, Northern Lake Winnebago, High Cliff State Park, St Anna, Neenah, Harrison, New Holstein, Sherwood, Brothertown, Hilbert, Stockbridge, Quinney, Kloten, Jericho and Brant. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
