Poteau River near Panama affecting Le Flore County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Poteau River near Panama. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs. Williams Road east of Panama is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 29.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 31.7 feet just after midnight tonight.
