Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and storms are expected to develop late tonight and last into Saturday. These storms will be capable of rainfall rates around 1 inch per hour. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the hardest hit areas through Saturday evening.
