Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A saturated atmosphere will result in rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour at times are expected. Localized rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches are possible (10-20% chance) in the Interstate 80 and Highway 30 corridors.
