Remarks: A robust frontal system will gradually move over the Lower Mainland tonight, bringing heavy rain. Rainfall amounts of 50 to 80 mm are expected. This frontal system will also bring strong and gusty southeasterly winds overnight and Tuesday morning. The heavy rain will ease Tuesday afternoon. ### Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic. Local utility outages are possible.
