Time span: this morning until this afternoon for Green Bay - White Bay and later this morning or early afternoon through this evening elsewhere. Remarks: Fully leafed trees are more vulnerable to wind damage at this time of year than during the winter season. Be prepared for possible utility outages and consider having basic supplies such as flashlights and batteries on hand. ### Damage to roofs, fences, branches or soft shelters is possible.
