A slow moving low pressure system tracking east throughout the day will bring a large area of sustained rainfall through the Dauphin, Minnedosa and Gladstone areas. Rainfall is expected to weaken and move out of the area this evening. ### Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Local utility outages are possible.
