Rock slides will be possible. Minor flooding in urban areas where there is poor drainage. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Moderate to heavy rain has fallen. Observed rainfall amounts range from 0.50-1.50 inches with locally around 2.00 inches in southern Chelan County. Less than 0.50 has fallen along the Canadian Border and over the Kaiser Canyon Fire.
