Croplands and pastures are flooded... and machinery and other property are cut off from access. Many rural roads are impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 29.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 26.0 feet. - Forecast...The Clear Boggy Creek is expected to rise to a crest of 31.0 feet tomorrow evening.
