Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neches River near Alto. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Expect moderate to severe flooding of the heavily wooded floodplain.
