Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop by this afternoon and evening today. A very moist airmass and slow storm motions will support a risk for heavy rainfall and flash flooding. particularly in urban, poor drainage, and other flood prone locations. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and frequent lightning. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes. Locations impacted include... Windsor, Downtown Suffolk, Suffolk, Kings Fork, Zuni, Lummis, Suffolk Airport, Magnolia, Indika, Whitley, Collosse, Wilroy, Nurney, Kilby, Walters, and Boaz. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
