In southeast Wisconsin, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Walworth and Waukesha. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another 1 to 2 inches of rain is forecast, with local amounts up to 3 inches possible near the Illinois border.
