Although area rivers are likely to remain below flood stage, wind has caused tree debris to fall to the surface. In west central Washington, King, Lewis, Pierce and Snohomish. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
