Up to moderate seas over the following coastal waters: Up to 2.5 m: The northern and western seaboards of Babuyan Islands; the northern seaboard of Ilocos Norte. Tropical Storm GARDO will remain far from the Philippine landmass throughout the forecast period. It is forecast to move north northwestward to northward until it exits PAR by tomorrow (26 June) morning or afternoon. Outside PAR, it is expected to turn generally northeastward towards southern Japan. GARDO is likely to remain as a Tropical Storm throughout the forecast period, although slight intensification into Severe Tropical Storm is not ruled out.
