It is forecast to move north northwestward to northward until it exits PAR by tomorrow (26 June) morning or afternoon. Outside PAR, it is expected to turn generally northeastward towards southern Japan. GARDO is likely to remain as a Tropical Storm throughout the forecast period, although slight intensification into Severe Tropical Storm is not ruled out.

However, the possibility that GARDO will remain a severe tropical storm within the next 24 hours is not ruled out.
