DAMAGING WIND GUSTS in excess of 100 km/h have developed in the warning area, including Hobart, and are expected to continue into this evening. DAMAGING NORTHWESTERLY WINDS averaging 65 to 75 km/h are likely over elevated terrain during these times. Winds have begun to ease from the west and will clear the remainder of the state by early Monday morning. Locations which may be affected include St Helens, Swansea, New Norfolk, Hobart, Oatlands, Bicheno, Orford, Bothwell and Geeveston.
