At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Washington, floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 21.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
