HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Mesonet. At 615 PM CDT, The Breckinridge Mesonet measured a 64 mph wind gust. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... Enid, Perry, Tonkawa, Pond Creek, Garber, Covington, Billings, Lamont, Red Rock, Breckenridge, Marland, Hunter, Fairmont, Douglas, Lucien, Ceres, and Hayward. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.

Northwestern Noble County in northern Oklahoma... * Until 945 PM CDT. * At 647 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Billings, Red Rock and Ceres. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
