HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Gaillard Island, Pinto Island, Dog River Bridge, Fairhope Pier, Middle Bay Light, Mouth Of Mobile River, Battleship Park, and Point Clear. Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Downtown Mobile, Midtown Mobile, Prichard, Saraland, Chickasaw, I65 And I165, I65 And AL 158, I10 And I65, Plateau, North Mobile, Whistler, Tacon, Eight Mile, Mertz, Akka, Forest Hill, Neshota, Mackies, Navco and West Hill. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.

Widespread rain totals of 2 to 4 inches are expected, however, isolated locations could receive as much as 6 to 8 inches.
