Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rainfall are expected today and Saturday. Special Weather Statement issued June 21 at 7:51AM CDT by NWS La Crosse WI Through 10 AM, there will be areas of dense fog mainly south of the Interstate 90 corridor. This fog will reduce visibilities to a quarter mile or less in some locations. If traveling this morning, be prepared for fog that could suddenly reduce visibilities to 1/4 mile or less. Expect the fog to dissipate by 10 AM. Slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.
