East Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona... * Until 415 PM MST. * At 121 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the Vail area with another area developing across the east side of Tucson. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in the Vail area. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
