South Central Weber County in northern Utah... * WHEN...Until 545 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas due to heavy rainfall from strong thunderstorms. River or stream flows, especially along the Weber River, are expected to rise. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 248 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Public reported minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
