HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Automated Weather Station. At 5:52 PM, the Abilene Airport measured a 60 MPH wind gust. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Abilene, Herington, Chapman, Solomon, Enterprise, Hope, Woodbine, Carlton, and Moonlight.
