In southeast Kentucky, Clay and Owsley. * WHEN...Until 145 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1233 AM EDT, Doppler radar continued to indicate slow- moving showers and thunderstorms across the area. Some locations have received between 1.5 and 2 inches of rainfall since 11 PM. Excessive runoff will continue to cause minor flooding of small streams and creeks, roads, and roadside culverts, especially in low lying areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... London, Manchester, Treadway, Fall Rock, Burning Springs, Sacker Gap, Laurel Creek, Sidell, Bernice, Chestnutburg, Malcomb, Mill Pond, Grace, Sextons Creek, Shepherdtown, Tanksley, Urban, Sourwood, Fogertown and Thomas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
