yellow warning - severe thunderstorm - in effect At 8:15 p.m. CST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain. These thunderstorms are located from 15 km west of Ile a la Crosse to 20 km southwest of Canoe Lake and are moving to the northeast at 40 km/h. ### Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
