Elm St between 14th and 15th Ave N is closed (Fargo). Storm sewer pump stations are beginning to operate (Fargo). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 18.4 feet Saturday morning.
