Extreme turbulence makes the river too hazardous for floating. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 12.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
