Some roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 529 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported lingering high water in some areas due to heavy rainfall on Saturday. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell on Saturday. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
