Abingdon, Glade Spring, Damascus, Lindell, Konnarock, and Emory-Meadowview. This includes Interstate 81 in Virginia between mile markers 18 and 34. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bristol Tn, Bristol Va, Abingdon, Walnut Hill, Glade Spring, Damascus, Harr, Hilander Park, Lindell and Emory-Meadowview. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
