Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms, some with torrential rainfall with hourly rates around 2 inches per hour, are expected to redevelop across the watch area this evening and overnight.
