Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - - A line of thunderstorms with rainfall rates locally in excess of 1 to 2 inches per hour may move across portions of northern and northeastern Illinois late this evening.
