Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall from thunderstorms possible across the area this evening into the overnight. Rain rates in excess of 1 to 2 inches per hour over areas that have previously received heavy rainfall may lead to flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood A Flood Watch for flash flooding means rapid-onset flooding is possible, but not yet certain, based upon the latest forecasts.
