THIS ALSO INCLUDES THE COTTONWOOD FIRE... * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 494 Henry Mountains and Fire Weather Zone 498 Grand Staircase. * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 7 percent with little to no overnight recovery Friday night. * IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are expected.
