Roads in several areas may be closed, along with property damage in urban or low lying spots due to runoff. Landslides may also occur in areas with steep terrain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain on the north side of an intensifying tropical cyclone will develop later today and tonight over Big Island and spread to Maui. Windward and southeast Big Island and windward Maui are the most likely to experience heavy rain, with considerable flooding possible over portions of Big Island Friday into the weekend.
