yellow warning - severe thunderstorm - in effect At 10:18 p.m. CDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain. A large line of severe thunderstorms has formed along the Saskatchewan/Manitoba border. These thunderstorms are moving north at 40 km/h. ### There is a risk of injury. Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain. Take immediate cover if a thunderstorm approaches. If outside, protect yourself from flying debris and hail.
