Flood Advisory issued September 16 at 8:14AM EDT until September 16 at 11:45AM EDT by NWS Northern Indiana * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Allen IN County in northeastern Indiana... Southeastern Whitley County in northeastern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1145 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 813 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen since last evening. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
