Special Weather Statement issued July 13 at 9:03PM CDT by NWS Grand Forks ND Relative humidity values will drop to around 30 percent or lower. Given the extremely dry fuels and hot temperatures in the upper 80s and 90s, near critical fire weather conditions are expected for parts of northwest Minnesota, particularly in forested areas.
