Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches if possible through this evening. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties, Allamakee, Chickasaw, Floyd, Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek, southeast Minnesota, including the following counties, Fillmore, Houston and Mower, and southwest Wisconsin, including the following county, Vernon. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
